Ananth Yoga Dhyan Diksha (Level 1 of Mahashunya Kriya)

“Prana” in normal parlance is translated into “breath” while the actual meaning has far greater meaning as it means life force. Jataragni or the fire in the belly has great relationship with the prana. In basic levels we can talk about the energy received from the prana is harnessed through the Jataragni to transform the whole life itself. This power is harnessed through the subtle energy centre known as “Manipura Chakra”. All the ancient cultures have accepted the fact that Manipura chakra is not a chakra relying on the mechanical process; but it includes heart as well as intelligent force.

 

The functioning of this chakra is related to the King who wants to conquer the world with the hidden weapons in the arsenal. The chakra is covered by many layers of veils that hide the treasure beneath like many hidden ways in a fort only known to the King. The abundance of knowledge, intelligence, sympathy, love is bestowed upon a person who is able to awaken this energy centre.

Prana, Mind and Sexuality

Prana, Mind and Sexual energy are closely related. Once you know how to control the ‘prana’ then the mind as well sexual energy is also controlled and channeled. Most of the problems occur due to lack of control of prana and this in turn creates disbalance between the mind and sexual energy, more the disbalance more the suffering a individual passes through.


Breath control is very vital to correct the channeling of the power. Breath is power for the body; it is not to be feared, but to learn to use it carefully.


There are five major forms of prana and out of which Prana and Apana are most crucial. Prana is “Urdhagamini” or moves upwards and Apana is “Nimnavahini” or moves downwards. The disbalance caused by these two-energy forces causes havoc in the human body.
