Soul Searchers was founded in the year 1996 by Maitreya to help people of the world to live a life of righteousness or Dharma ( Not to confuse with religion). It was in the year 2005 that Soul Searchers was registered as a Socio, Spiritual Charitable Trust by a group of selfless women in the senior age group.
The objective of Soul Searchers is two fold:
a) to spread the teachings and values of Maitreya and initiate ( Diksha) the masses into the ancient and divine ways of getting connected to the Creator of the Universe itself;
b) to give food, clothing and medicines beside sponsoring education to the underprivileged families and children respectively.
About Soul Searchers
Soul Searchers conducts spiritual workshops to help people find balance in different areas of their lives. The Dikshas passed on from Maitreya to the seekers in these sessions through the Acharyas help the recipients to reduce stress, tension, heal health problems and learn a better and simplified way of living.
Dikshas designed by Maitreya, namely, Mahashunya Kriya. (Ananth Yoga Dhyan Diksha is the first stage of this five fold complete meditation method), Divya Chetana, Caitya Yoga among others, have helped scores of people around the world to improve their relationships, performance in career, achieve success in academics and hone creative skill.
Soul Searchers’ noble mission is to catalyze transformation in man from animalistic instinct to Divinity.
This need transcends the man-made barriers and conditions like caste, creed, color, country, gender and societal hierarchy that are deeply ingrained in each one of us.
Community welfare activities of Soul Searchers range from distributing food, clothes, medicines to the under privileged families and individuals. The Trust also helps deserving children from poor families by sponsoring education and school fee.Soul Searchers have been extending support to orphan, blind, lepers and daily wagers on a regular basis. The Trust has previously and continuously responded to desperate requests from poor families.
Few examples are – getting an eligible girl married which proved difficult for her parents since they were suffering from leprosy, arranging for cooking gas pipeline in the blind colony, building baths at the leprosy center. Special days in Soul Searchers calendar, popular festivals and other significant dates are celebrated every year by reaching out to the communities and providing them with basic amenities and resources.
Languages, arts and craft, creative skills among other classes are conducted by Soul Searchers’ Acharyas at schools and to orphans and children of slum dwellers. The Acharyas also actively hold healing and diksha sessions for prisoners at Tihar jail.
The grand and divine vision of Maitreya to build a unique one- of- its-kind structure in the world- Dharmakshetra- as the center of righteousness, consciousness and excellence is the prime focus of Soul Searchers.
Dharmakshetra is the calling of the Creator, to bring back righteousness or Dharma (not to be confused with religion) to the way the people of the world have been living.
When each human being on this earth lives the righteous way then the purpose of life of each one of us will be fulfilled. Only righteousness or Dharma will reduce killing of life and nature, exploitation of humans and nature, wars, exploitation of innocence, greed and corruption of humans. Righteous way of living is a Divine way of Living.
