Meditation & Yoga

In today’s hectic world, we keep seeking things outside of ourselves, we measure ourselves by the house, the car and people around us. We rarely take time to look onside ourselves to realize who we are and where we come from. Most of our choices and beliefs are molded because of the conditions of the society and with time this becomes part of you. Where is the transformation from within in all this? How can you take the first step to TRANSFORM YOURSELF?

Meditation helps in the process of self-realization, but the individual must seek this first and then he/she will be initiated into the process by a Divine Blessing called Diksha.

A diksha is energy transfer from the Guru to the discipline; this is the first step towards transformation. For once you have received this divine energy from the Guru, you have been given a tool to work upon yourself and blossom from within.

The preparation towards the day of Diksha and post Diksha signifies the cleansing of the temple of mind, body and soul. It is a very serious process, leading to the preparedness for allowing the Divine Energies to work for you. It is necessary to prepare the ground of one’s mind before initiation. It is no use sowing seeds without preparing the soil. The soil must be properly tilled, and manure must be spread beforehand. If the seed is sown after that, it grows well.

Take your first step towards a better life.  We have different Diksha courses that work on the Body; Mind & Soul level (BMS™).

  • Achintya™

Turiya is the state of thoughtless awareness beyond the mind. Knowing this state is crucial for it allows one to be IN-THE-MOMENT, nothing of the past or of forthcoming events shall create ripples within him. This state involves BEING with your Self. Expansion of the thoughtless state makes a person Achintaya

Diksha-Dhyana Course

Breath control is vital to correct the channeling of the power. Breath is the power for the body. It is not to be feared. One must learn to use it carefully. There are five major forms of prana. Of which, Prana and Apana are most crucial. Prana is “Urdhvagamini” or which moves upwards and Apana is “Nimnavahini” or which moves downwards. The disbalance caused by these two energy forces causes havoc in the human body. Ananth Dhyan™  Diksha works on the fact that the Atman (Soul) is in thrall to Prana and Apana. Whosoever knows and controls these two forces is a true Yogi and will taste the ecstasy of Liberation. Drawing up the Apana and uniting it with the Prana brings about a change in the human energy level thereby facilitating transformation from within.
