Sweet Potatoes are good for people suffering from diabetes by balancing the glycemic index. It has enough of Vitamins A, C, D, B-12, B-6, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, Sugar and Iron and has nearly no cholesterol.
Just bake, boil or even fry and enjoy with little salt and spices for a healthy life.

Suffer no more. Eat Sweet Potato.

Anorexia can be treated using Garlic

 

Garlic possesses several medicinal properties as we all know. But it especially stimulates the digestive system of the body and improves appetite.

Make a soup with Garlic and have it to heal anorexia.

Take three or four cloves of raw garlic and boil them in a cup of water. Strain and have it as soup and if you wish, add the juice of half a lemon to it. Take this soup twice daily.

Have a happy life.

AYURVEDIC TEA FOR KAPHA DOSHA

Take equal measures of ginger, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. Pound them all together. Do not sieve the powder. When making your tea, you can add about a ¼ teaspoon of this masala per cup just after the water starts boiling. You can add sugar and milk later. This is an ayurvedic tea which will not cause Kapha and is also a good remedy for sore throat and also this tea opens up the voice in volume and altogether increases the vigour in the body.

Brown or White for you? Choose ‘Healthy’

People love to eat polished rice, it is smooth, long and shining. But with the polishing one loses the Vitamin B1 or Thiamine content that the outer bran consists.
Over a period of time, one who uses such polished rice shall have bowel problems, intestine damage, heart problems, skin issues and paralysis.
Try having brown rice for it consists of bran and is quite helpful in the secretion of balanced juices in stomach for digestion of food.
