Testimonials – Janmashtami Meditation with HH Maitreya

Janmashtami Meditation Aug 18, 2014

Name not provided

Experience from a person who enjoyed the meditation –  “Pranam Guruji, after the connecting with you, I felt an intense pressure on my ears and then there was a vibration all the way up my spine and I felt everything had dissolved (the body) and I was just this vibration. As I kept chanting the mantra, I became only the mantra. Each pore of mine was filled with gratitude as I knew this was your Grace and blessing and nothing else. Today also there is an extreme disconnection with the body. It is as if I am going through motions. but yet I am not there.”

Deepti, Kerala

Pranam
Its again in the palms that i felt vibrations, soft ones……..after how long i dont know, but i burst out laughing and came out and then realised i was chanting “kreem shim..aaahaaa” rocking my head………………..
what went wrong or right i dont know so with folded hands and head bowed i thanked the baby divine and guruji for all the laughter and went to bed slept like a baby.  ha ha ha …………still laughing thinking about it!

Juljan Dalipaj, Finland

I had a nice meditation. in the beginning I couldn’t concentrate during the chanting. Then without any effort from my side the breathing was changing, fast, faster and then slow. It went on for some time until concentration of mind was achieved. Then a nice and peaceful feeling enveloped all my being to that point that I didn’t want to come out of meditation. Thank you Guruji.

Purna Darshan of Divine – July 25, 1996

On the holy day of 25-07-1996, His Holiness Maitreya Rudrabhayananda ji gained purna darshan of Divine at Nilkantha Mountain near Badrinath temple.

His Holiness Maitreya Rudrabhayananda ji ” The only thing I remembered it was after initiation in ‘Isā vid’, I had this query in mind about it and then everything changed. I knew Baba as He had given darshan was something embedded within me, the conditioned mind. The true form of Him was something I was seeking in my heart. That was the first time I had seen Baba (Divine) in that form, second happened at Prayag.

As the most blessed child in the world I sat on HIS lap and I could sense I was not part of this world, the world had vanished, nothing of the Nilkantha Parvat I could see, only a silence, not even silence but shunyata no not emptiness, but Shūnyātā, something dynamic was there yet it was not something I can ever explain or talk about. I could sense nothing, nothing at all. There was complete darkness but I could see, sense and feel in this state of pure Shūnyātā. I was completely aware of everything but there was nothing to be aware of, for everything was nothing and nothingness cannot be explained, experienced or even lived.

Something was happening within me I knew but I could not sense it for it was known to me but I could not put my finger on it. I looked down and there was nothing, I was nowhere, but I could sense Baba but could not see HIM. All the forms and names of Baba, I had heard, read flowed through my mind and in that state of nothing I was trying to look for them but nothing was there, I heard very low whispers of chants but they too vanished into the nothingness, pure darkness was all that existed.

I was feeling lost. I wanted to close my eyes, and senses so that I could pray to HIM but nothing moved except silence. A completely different state truly it was something I had never read, heard, imagined, thought or even dreamt. I was in empty and void space of darkness yet I was alive, breathing I believe, not sure ….(Gurudev laughed). I wanted to called out Aghor Baba Pinakadrika ji but something stopped me, only Baba came out. There in that state I heard for the first time the name of Divine, Mekaál. The name ‘Mekaál‘ continuously echoed in that silence or maybe it was happening within me.

There I saw a hand moving touching me and saying ‘Isā’ and covering my eyes. It was out of nowhere that something so bright, so dazzling so powerful swept through me, I could sense that my whole body was being pierced through with light and heat, I survived maybe by grace of Baba (Divine), but then how else would I have been here…. (Gurudev laughed and then continued).

I could sense a laughter but nothing in my mind or body was functioning right, I was trying to cover my eyes, even though my eyes were covered by Baba (Divine) but the intensity was so severe that it was hurting by whole essence. Suddenly everything calmed down and I heard sound of Baba (Divine) ‘Rudra’ with the hand touching top of my head.
I was able to open eyes it was quite calm and silent and in front I saw, it was like a cosmic creation, a happening moment, the expanse of Divine Almighty was beyond any explanation. I was seeing the formless form of the Divine expanding through the wide expanse of the universe wherein infinite universe were emerged Dimensions of nothingness and merging back into nothingness, everything my limited understanding knew could never ever explain the truth I was seeing in front of me. I could sense HIM, I could see HIM, I could feel HIS touch, but it was not possible to explain how but HE was watching me and I was watching HIM and I also saw myself in it. I was there and I know, it ended.”

After the Divine event Gurudev stayed there for a day in complete trance. Another Divine event occurred at Rudraprayag on 21-September-1996 wherein Divine grace of the Eternal Spark was bestowed to Gurudev.

Guru Purnima Message from His Holiness Shri Maitreya Rudrabhayananda ji

Guru Purnima Message from His Holiness Shri Maitreya Rudrabhayananda ji

“One always searches for Satguru. For a Acharya can teach what He knows; a Guru can show a way; while a Satguru will lead one from the darkness held so close to heart to the light of wisdom. One who searches should be clear what He or She is looking for, if they are just roaming around then nothing shall be gained, if either Acharya or a Guru is found, something is achieved, while those who hold on the path of knowing, and gaining blessing and grace from a Satguru will truly realize the inner Self of Consciousness.”

Among the 12-13 full moons in a year the vaishakha full moon is dedicated to Buddha (his birth and enlightenment), jyeshtha full moon to mother earth and the aashadha full moon is dedicated to the memory of masters. This is Guru-Purnima.

It is the day when the disciple wakes up in his fullness and in the wakefulness he can’t be but grateful. This gratitude is not of dwaita (you and me), but of advaita. It is not a river moving from somewhere to somewhere, but is the ocean moving within itself. So, gratefulness on Guru-Purnima symbolizes that fullness.
The purpose of the Guru Purnima celebration is to turn back and review and see in this last one year how much one has progressed in life. For a seeker, Guru Purnima is a day of significance. It is the day to review one’s progress on the spiritual path and renew one’s determination and focus on the goal. As the full moon rises and sets, tears of gratitude arise and repose into the vastness of one’s own self.”

We welcome all members of the divine Lineage of Caitya Dharma, families and friends to join us in celebration.
Wishing all other Divine Souls a very Happy Guru Purnima and those still struggling with themselves to find a Satguru to show them a way.

Guru Purnima

Swami Chidananda ji

Another beautiful event in the life of Ācharyagüru Swami Shri Chidananda Bharati ji. Something perfect for holy day of Guru purnima.
This even happened at Chitrakoot ( Madhya Pradesh), 1991, here lot of people used to come to attend meditation and satsang shivirs of Ācharyagüru ji. Most were invitational. I had the honour of attending one such shivir and serving in satsang kendra.
We used to have bhajans, chanting, meditation, discourses and in the night it was good to sit at the feet of Ācharyagüru ji near the Mandakini River at Anusuya ashram.
In the early morning we heard lot of commotion, one of the disciple who had recently joined was caught stealing. Ācharyagüru ji smiled and asked others to leave him. In the evening again the same person was caught stealing and everyone wanted to dismiss the person, Ācharyagüru ji again smiled and indicated to leave the person.
Maybe it was motivation for the person that He is being forgiven every time, he again was caught next day and now everyone said that they would leave the satsang and meditation camp if the thief remained.

Ācharyagüru ji was literally gheroed (encircled).Ācharyagüru ji smiled again and said “You all people consider yourself intelligent, awakened and also know the difference between right and wrong. The problem here is also similar except that this person does not know the difference between right and wrong. All of have an option of redemption and repentance but this person will keep suffering the fate everytime due to his ignorance. I can teach him the way of differentiating between right and wrong, if he wishes to learn or he has an option of leaving and continuing on the path of doing wrong. On my own I shall never ask one to go, if by action, words or deeds he shows his reluctance to stay and learn then he can move, I shall be the last person to stop him’.
I was watching the transformation happening within the person and the way he cried with all heart and soul in place even moved people around. He became Swami Advitiyananda ji a divine soul who had taken Sampoorna Sanyasa diksha and now resides in Benaras near Chausathi Ghat.

‘No work, no food’ – Paramacharyaguru Shri Swami Abhayananda Bharati ji

A beautiful event in the life of Ācharyagüru Swami Shri Chidananda Bharati ji during His student life with Sri Swami Abhyananda Bharati ji
All the disciples, including Ācharyagüru Swami Shri Chidananda Bharati ji and Sri Swami Abhyananda Bharati ji used to labour trimming the gardens, cleaning the grounds, and pruning the trees. Then one day all the disciples felt that age was catching up with Sri Swami Abhyananda Bharati ji and with so much hard work it is going to harm Him. But they all knew that Pāṛmācharyagüru ji would not listen to their advice to stop, so they hid away his tools.
They all used to eat once in the day. But that day Pāṛmācharyagüru ji did not eat. The next day he did not eat, nor the next.
So all the disciples felt that “He may be angry because we have hidden his tools.”
Realizing this as a mistake they put them back.
The day they did, Pāṛmācharyagüru ji worked and ate the same as before. In the evening Pāṛmācharyagüru ji instructed them: “No work, no food.”
