Way of Life

A “World Department of Peace and Equality” and “World Department of Life” is something of need and if it comes it changes the way of life. Humans are not resources, the flora and fauna are not resources but treasures to be saved, preserved and allowed the freedom to live in peace without any discrimination on the basis of sex, caste, creed, breed, boundaries or religion. One needs to become humane before calling oneself humans.
Science and Technology need not be developed for extermination of life, rather the natural resources covering the vast expanse of the creation should be utilized for the betterment of life.
Religion need not be there for they have divided people over the ages and not helped bringing in peace.
Business and trade should be developed for all round development of life forces within the whole of nature. Those business ventures and trade that go against the norms of nature should be banned.
Education should not be just based on career, jobs and development of finances only but it should be able to help develop better human-beings who believe that nature and world is a treasure and is being held in their hands as a gesture of Trust by Nature to handed over to the future generation.
Medicines and their research should be nature friendly, bringing one closer to life rather than extending the life filled with new diseases and side-effects.

His Holiness Shri Maitreya Rudrabhayananda ji says on Repentance

“A blocked up spirit will always devolve, even the great scientists, philosophers, gods, deities all can devolve. It is a imbalance created by the self and consciousness by blockage of the flow of love due to fear, anger, jealousy, envy, frustration, desperation; each of these lead to the downfall of the self. Till the time fear, anger, jealousy, envy, frustration, desperation is in bare minimal for motivating a person towards excellence it helps one to grow physically, mentally and then one turns back to love and flows with it, but when fear, anger, jealousy, envy, frustration, desperation crosses the limits then it is a roaring river that breaks the walls of dams that keeps one within the folds of decency, trust, faith, belief, humility, honesty, reverence. Such spirits devolve spiritually, emotionally, mentally and finally physically.

Those who have the forces of fear, anger, jealousy, envy, frustration, desperation functioning, should take time to go within and seek the things that caused one to block the flow in the first place. Break the veils of beliefs that hold you on to fear, anger, jealousy, envy, frustration, desperation until one realizes that they truly never served you.
It is a way forward from there on for one becomes responsible and accountable for every single action or inaction in there life, it is a beginning of repentance wherein one will work towards finding ways of resolving issues that have caused so much pain and suffering to self and everyone around. The reality that one believed in selfish mannerisms was quite different from the reality everyone else perceives. In that moment, you will ascend vibrationally, knowing love in a deeper manner.”

Duality in life> Restlessness> Discontentment>Hatred and Fear

Duality is the life we all lead. This duality creates a sense of restlessness in a
person. This leads to a state of discontentment, which is the cause for all the
emotional activities that our mind creates in every event of life. Small events
become the source of outbursts of hatred, anger, sadness, depression, tears and
lead to trauma. This creates a sense of fear and the person shuts himself in a
cocoon. He fears everything and everyone. He starts building a conditioned
lifestyle that is so unique to himself that he starts feeling there is no one in the
world who suffers more than him.
Imagine a world filled with such people and everyone crying for peace. They look
for every event that transpires to prove that peace exists. They look at pictures of
Saints and Sages, start worshipping their calmness in the feeling that they too
shall get peace. They also go to various saints, sages and teachers to learn the art
of peace. But they fail to realize that externally nothing can be found. Only the
moment they are able to be still and are able to delve within that they find the
peace and harmony. People talk about meditation with a notion that it is about
sitting idle. Yes. The difference being that meditation is actually an art that is
simple yet most difficult to be able sit and do nothing.
A simple way to start meditation process is to sit comfortably and silently in
a room for one or two hours daily. There should be absolute silence in the
room. It is possible that the first few days it will be uncomfortable when one
is distracted with bodily itching, wavering of thoughts, stiffness of joints. But
make sure that you do not move your body during the period. If the mind
wanders, allow it to do so. Do not stop anything – if itching happens, scratch,
stiffness should be borne. But in all the cases, be very slow in moving the
body. Let the movements be like that of a snail. Bring the awareness to the
event that has made the body make the movement. Once the event is over,
become silent in thoughts until the occurrence of another event. For example
if you want to scratch, move the hand very slowly to the spot. Let not the
movement make any other body part to move. Scratch the spot and slowly
bring the hand back to its original position.
This practice is the basis for allowing the person to become a Sadhaka
(seeker). Unless you have perfection in this simple yet powerful technique,
all the other techniques will become superfluous. Practicing any technique
without basic preparation shall give you some pleasure and experience only
for a short period of time because then the mind will get unattached with the
technique itself. This makes you look for more avenues and techniques for
getting the satisfaction. This technique if perfected makes you calm and
quiet resolving all the problem areas in the body and mind.

When problems come or when we dream in both cases the mind flows only in one direction of what went wrong.

Creative or positive thinking is good but then implementation is crucial, only thinking does not create a building, doing does, thinking does not appease hunger, eating does, so doing is essential for it is extension of the thoughts.

Thoughts are powerful and this power is required for the Kriya(action) donot think that only doing works or only thinking works, both are required for the thing to happen. Start working on the creative powers of yours and convert them into a reality this is crucial, otherwise after every three/four months one will get frustrated.

One can be of no help when mind of the seeker flows – one moves and one never even thinks, when the flow of mind gets messed one remembers love and friendship. Can love and friendship be shared in installments. He who can help will remember you all the time but does the seeker remember is the question. He shall be always there but are you. It does not matter if the seeker seeks or not, it is the inner flux, inner quest and everything is known so why worry let it be shared deeply with heart and spirit and one can see the change happening after one starts implementing them.

~ His Holiness Maitreya Rudrabhayananda

“God is Grossly Overlooked Divinity, he is all around us yet we fail to recognize his presence. Experiences known and unknown are just to show his presence and his wait for us to open our eyes and look around.

For we love to cling on to ourselves but what is ourselves- the body, the mind or the soul or is it friends and relatives; they are all mirages in the vast ocean in which we all are flowing with waves.

Emerging and submerging, back again to emerge to search for basic questions of life. It is the moment when we truly realize: what we consider as ours is nothing more than a mirage and all those around us are already dead or are in the process of dying nothing remains ours except the selfless state.

Our indulgence in life, death, pain and suffering solves nothing for we can never change them, instead we can make others realize the folly that they are into, then only our purpose is fulfilled.

Every single moment of our life is a concern of God for he waits for the moment you open up for him, he looks and watches at every moment of yours without disturbing you till the time you feel comfortable and the moment you cry out from heart for him then you find that HE is there.

This leads one to attain peace and solace. Peace in itself is not singular in nature it is universal, one cannot have individual piece of peace it has to be universal, this attitude of singular peace creates pain and suffering for many and it is for the same reason why people search for themselves but they rarely search for HIM.

Every single moment of TIME when one works continuously on the concept of TIME-Try and Initiate Meditative Experiment; it changes the life for you and all others around you. If you make it a Fake Attempt In Learning(FAIL) then nothing is left for in Life.

While a small failure happening even with Faithful Attentive Inquisitive Learning will leave you enough scope for you to rise in life for that very moment you GAIN(Grow Awareness Internalizing Naturally).” ~ His Holiness Maitreya Rudrabhayananda
